Revision Music is moving their flagship Drum & Bass and Jungle music night #subcitysg to your favourite neighbourhood record stores!
The first one in April kicks off with a Thursday night rinse out at White Label Records, with the support of SGCR as DJs AL:X and Revision's chieftain Nez Senja take you on a 170 BPM journey through all the styles within Drum & Bass and Jungle music. From the deep and minimal to essential syncopated rollers, as well as raw, junglistic break-beat and bass cuts, they have all the bases covered.

Senja is a DJ who mixes in many styles of high quality music from down tempo beats, classic hip hop & Bass Music. Starting off his turntable trade as a sonic foot soldier, he currently curates Sub City under the Revision Music brand, presenting the best in high quality Drum & Bass & Jungle.
Senja cites musical influences through a diverse selection where quality and timelessness are vital. In the past 10 years, he has been spinning around Singapore’s night life circuit, plus playing one off DJ sets in Bangkok, Bali, New York and Kuala Lumpur. Features include supporting the likes of Goldie, Roni Size, Calibre, Marcus Intalex [RIP], Blocks & Escher and MC Dan Stezo in recent years.

Digital, Randall, Mefjus, Goldie, Marcus Intalex, Bailey, TC,
are just a few of many major players with whom Al:x has
shared the the booth since he started playing regularly from 2001 in all the major clubs in Portugal.
At his home country he has had two radio shows (Grant’s
Antenna with Cooltrain Crew and Fala Baixo in Vodafone FM
with Dj Riot from Buraka Som Sistema) where weekly he
showcased the new beats and the classics. Also he kept a
residency for more than six years in Op Art, one of the most iconic clubs in Lisbon.
Producer wise he has released one of the only D’n’B records
in Portugal, Southern East Flavours by Cooltrain Crew
released in 2006, remixing big local names like Da Weasel or
Dead Combo, among others, and three critically acclaimed
albums with Macacos do Chines, a band that mixed
Hip-Hop, Grime and Portuguese Traditional Music.
Currently he has been working alongside Y.L.S and Skalator
in a Lisbon based DnB Label, Skalator Music, that has
released artists like himself, Riot and Neurotoxin.
